Carolyn Milles, RDN, LD

Carolyn is a third-generation dietitian and founder of CV Wellbeing. She hopes to promote more joyful living while helping folks better understand the science behind nutrition in a fun, practical manner. Supporting clients virtually in ME, CT & VT.

  • Learning from those who came before me, I valued effective nutrition counseling from a young age. Now with a practice of my own, I consider the individual’s relationship to food and body as well as behavioral and lifestyle factors.

    Carolyn obtained her graduate nutrition degree from Simmons College after completing undergraduate at The University of Tampa.

Alison Swiggard, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Alison Swiggard, MS, RDN, LD

Alison focuses on making healthcare a more inclusive space for all bodies. She has experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating at various levels of care. Supporting clients in-person in ME and virtually in MA, NH, CT & VT.

  • Alison is from Philadelphia and completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State University, before moving to Boston to complete her master’s degree in nutrition at Simmons University with a specialized focus on eating disorders. She strives to make clients feel supported in a safe and judgment-free space while providing an individualized approach to nutrition counseling. She now lives in Portland, and in her free time, she enjoys going to the beach with her dogs, reading a good book, or exploring new Portland restaurants with friends.

Kristin Hatch, RDN, LD, CDCES, CHC

Kristin is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Certified Health Coach, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Supporting clients in-person in ME & MA, and virtually in CT & VT.

  • Specializing in education and counseling for diabetes self-management, Kristin is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life. In addition to medical nutrition therapy, her counseling is centered around behavioral change, relationship with food, mindful and intuitive eating, and Health at Every Size® (HAES®). She regards compassion, empathy, and encouragement as the greatest markers of care. Kristin began her career in Maine before returning to Boston with her husband years ago to raise their family and work as a consultant dietitian. She is delighted to be back where it all began.

Janet Steady, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Janet Steady, MS, RDN, LD

Janet is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Yoga Teacher. She offers clients a safe space to develop a trusting relationship with themselves, food, and their bodies while developing a self-care plan focused on sustainable behaviors. Supporting clients virtually in ME, NH, CT & VT.

  • Janet specializes in client-centered and community nutrition education. She helps clients reject the diet mentality and focus on health while eating well, moving with joy, and living in alignment with core values. Using self-acceptance strategies and “cross training” with the principles of Intuitive Eating (IE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and insights from lived experience, Janet supports client embodiment and eating disorder recovery. Janet can also help manage Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and High Cholesterol and enjoys working with athletes to improve performance. Her favorite tagline is “Can you imagine a world in which we connected rather than compared?”

Lauren Hebert, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Lauren Hebert, MS, RDN, LD

Lauren centers her counseling around disease management while building healthy relationships with food and body. She believes that nutrition shouldn’t be restrictive, overwhelming, or boring. Supporting clients virtually in ME, MA, CT & VT.

  • Lauren’s work is driven by the idea that food plays a large role in our mood, energy, and overall health. The majority of Lauren's experience has been in clinical nutrition, helping those with chronic diseases manage their illness through medical nutrition therapy. With an educational background in Exercise Science, she has a keen interest in sports nutrition and how our body utilizes food, as well as the best ways to fuel our bodies for active lifestyles. Lauren was born and raised in Maine, where she completed her undergraduate, graduate, and dietetic internship at the University of Maine. She now lives in the central Maine area and loves trying new recipes, and spending time outdoors with her dogs and horses.

Amanda Robbins, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Amanda Robbins, MS, RDN, LD

Amanda specializes in maternal health & pediatrics. She strives to foster a healthy parent-child dyad regarding food relationships, body diversity, and food exploration. Supporting clients in-person in ME and virtually in NH, CT & VT.

  • Amanda also strives to offer compassionate and supportive nutrition care to all other client populations, with an individualized client-centered approach to Medical Nutrition Therapy. Much of her professional experience involved providing services to participants at the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). She greatly enjoys creating a positive conversation around family feeding while working to break down mealtime barriers and highlighting how beautifully unique our kiddos truly are. Amanda completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Maine as well as her Dietetic Internship.
