Meet Alison Swiggard, MS, RDN, LD
Weight-inclusive registered dietitian offering nutrition counseling for eating disorders, PCOS, ADHD, intuitive eating, and LGBTQ+ clients.
Hi, I’m Alison (she/her), a Health at Every Size®-aligned eating disorder registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in compassionate, collaborative nutrition care. I prioritize your well-being and help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and supportive. Using a non-diet, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse-affirming approach, I’ll guide you toward sustainable, compassionate strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on what supports your health and well-being; no diets, no shame. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore what healthy truly means for you.
You deserve care that’s truly inclusive and supportive. If you’re ready to reclaim your relationship with food and your body, I’d love to partner with you on your journey. Let’s work together to create a path forward that honors your health, values, and individuality.
