Refer a client to CV Wellbeing for compassionate, collaborative, weight-inclusive nutrition care in Maine, New Hampshire, and throughout New England.
We coordinate with therapists, physicians, specialists, schools, coaches, and other members of the care team.
Care is available in Gorham, South Portland, Portsmouth, and by telehealth across multiple New England states.

With written client authorization, we can communicate with referring providers and other members of the treatment team. Communication may include assessment findings, care plans, progress updates, and clinically relevant concerns.
