Refer a client to CV Wellbeing for compassionate, collaborative, weight-inclusive nutrition care in Maine, New Hampshire, and throughout New England.

We recognize and value the expertise of each professional involved in a client’s care. With the client’s permission, we communicate with the broader care team to support continuity, reduce conflicting recommendations, and help each client receive coordinated, compassionate support.
