Meet Carolyn Milles, RDN, LD
Weight-inclusive registered dietitian providing compassionate, personalized nutrition counseling for digestive health, eating disorders, fertility, pregnancy, pediatrics, and whole-person wellness.
Hi, I’m Carolyn Milles, RDN, LD, a weight-inclusive registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of CV Wellbeing. I believe life is for living, not restricting, and that nutrition care should help people feel more supported in their bodies, not more afraid of them.
As a third-generation dietitian with a deep foundation in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size®-aligned care, I support clients in building a more peaceful, flexible relationship with food while also addressing real medical and nutritional needs. My work often focuses on eating disorder recovery, digestive health, IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP support, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum nutrition, chronic illness, and pediatric nutrition.
In sessions, I bring together clinical experience, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you are navigating GI symptoms, recovering from an eating disorder, supporting your body through fertility or pregnancy, or looking for nutrition support for your child, we will work together to create an approach that feels individualized, sustainable, and grounded in your real life.
My goal is to help you feel more confident with food, more connected to your body, and less alone in the process.
