Meet your dietitian
Janet Steady,
MS, RDN, LD
Weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for intuitive eating, eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, digestive health, and metabolic support.
Hi, I’m Janet, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and yoga teacher aligned with the Health at Every Size® paradigm. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, move away from diet mentality, and build self-care practices rooted in compassion, flexibility, and lived experience.
In our work together, we may explore your relationship with food, body image, movement, health concerns, values, and the parts of you that have been trying to keep you safe. Rather than focusing on weight or rigid food rules, I support clients in developing sustainable behaviors that help them eat well, move with joy, and live in greater alignment with their core values.
My counseling style is informed by Intuitive Eating, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, yoga philosophy, and the wisdom you bring from your own life. I support clients navigating eating disorder recovery, body image concerns, sports nutrition, digestive health, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes care, and corporate wellness.
Can you imagine a world in which we connected rather than compared? If you feel pulled away from your center, your body, or your authentic self, nutrition counseling can be one place to begin reconnecting.
