Meet Jane Pfeufer
MS, RD, LDN
HAES-aligned dietitian supporting athletes, movement, and a more balanced relationship with food
Hi, I'm Jane (she/her), a HAES-aligned, intuitive-eating-focused dietitian. Food plays an important role not only for our health, but also for community and culture. Using a non-diet approach, we will work together to energize your relationship with food and movement. I have a strong understanding of the complications that come with athletics such as Low Energy Availability and RED-S, and I'm passionate about working with athletes of all levels. Through my experience as a health coach, I have cultivated intrinsic motivation in my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. My counseling experience can support your health, performance, and enjoyment of life.

I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a Food & Nutrition Emphasis from Ithaca College. I completed my dietetic internship at multiple sites: Boston College Athletics & the University of New Hampshire Athletics rotations provided me with a multifaceted view of eating disorder care in athletes and how to fuel the extreme demands of Division 1 programs. At Lawrence General Hospital and Mary Immaculate Nursing Home, I gained hands-on experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for complex health issues.
