Meet your dietitian

Jane Pfeufer,
MS, RD, LDN

HAES-aligned dietitian supporting athletes, movement, and a more balanced relationship with food.

Hi, I’m Jane (she/her), a HAES-aligned, intuitive-eating-focused dietitian. Food plays an important role not only in health, but also in community and culture. Using a non-diet approach, we will work together to energize your relationship with food and movement.

I have a strong understanding of the complications that can come with athletics, including Low Energy Availability and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). I’m passionate about working with athletes of all levels and helping them build sustainable, supportive fueling patterns.

Through my experience as a health coach, I’ve cultivated intrinsic motivation in my clients so they can make realistic lifestyle changes that actually last. My counseling experience can support your health, performance, and enjoyment of life.
