Meet your dietitian
Jolene O’Brien,
MS, RD, LDN
Non-diet nutrition counseling with strengths in diabetes, intuitive eating, digestive health, and medical nutrition therapy.
Hi, I’m Jolene (she/her), a registered dietitian who follows a non-diet and Health at Every Size®-aligned philosophy. I prioritize conversation and collaboration so I can meet clients where they are, support gradual behavior changes, and help make nutrition care feel more practical and approachable.
With my extensive teaching experience, I am passionate about helping clients understand their health and nutrition needs without relying on shame, fear, or rigid rules. I support clients in learning about intuitive eating, building confidence with food choices, and identifying barriers that may be making change feel difficult.
My work draws from intuitive eating principles, Health at Every Size®, health promotion strategies, behavior change, and medical nutrition therapy. Each session is individualized and tailored to your medical needs, lifestyle, preferences, culture, resources, and relationship with food.
My goal is to move away from the one-size-fits-all mentality of diet culture and help you build a balanced, sustainable approach to eating and health that works in your real life.
