Meet Jolene O’Brien
MS, RD, LDN
Non-diet dietitian offering individualized nutrition care with strengths in diabetes, intuitive eating, and medical nutrition therapy
Hi, I’m Jolene (she/her), a registered dietitian who follows the non-diet and Health at Every Size® (HAES) philosophy. I prioritize conversations with clients so I can meet them where they are, institute gradual behavioral changes, and guide them to a healthier lifestyle. With my extensive teaching experience, I am passionate about educating my clients about the intuitive eating framework, empowering them to make the best choices for their health, and helping them overcome barriers to change.
I am proficient in a wide range of nutrition-related concepts, including intuitive eating principles, HAES®, health promotion strategies, and medical nutrition therapy. It is my practice that each session is individualized, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, and moving away from the one-size-fits-all mentality of modern diet culture. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
