Lauren Hebert, eating disorder and sports dietitian nutritionist in maine, massachusetts, vermont, and connecticut

Meet Lauren Hebert, MS, RDN, LD

Weight-inclusive registered dietitian providing nutrition support for athletes and individuals recovering from eating disorders.

Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her), a non-diet and HAES®-aligned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am passionate about providing care that is compassionate, supportive, and meets you where you are. Food doesn’t need to be complicated, stressful, or boring. I wholeheartedly believe that we have permission to experience food unconditionally and peacefully, which means no rules or guilt. I am a strong advocate of the Intuitive Eating framework, and it is through this model that we will rediscover your intuitive nature and rebuild a positive relationship with food. By creating a safe environment and providing inclusive care, I will guide you on your journey to healing your relationship with food, body, and/or movement.

If you're looking for a kind, caring, and safe space that allows you to explore attainable and sustainable behavior change to improve your well-being, I’m here to support you on your journey. Our non-diet approach to care will honor you and your individualized needs, your values, and your health. Let’s start our work on rebuilding a relationship with food, body, and movement that feels affirmative and encouraging.
