Meet your dietitian
Lauren Hebert,
MS, RDN, LD
Weight-inclusive nutrition support for athletes and individuals recovering from eating disorders.
Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her), a non-diet and HAES®-aligned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am passionate about providing care that is compassionate, supportive, and meets you where you are.
Food doesn’t need to be complicated, stressful, or boring. I wholeheartedly believe that we have permission to experience food unconditionally and peacefully, without rules or guilt.
I am a strong advocate of the Intuitive Eating framework. Through this model, we will work together to rediscover your intuitive nature and rebuild a more positive relationship with food.
By creating a safe environment and providing inclusive care, I will support you as you heal your relationship with food, body, and movement. Our work will honor your individual needs, values, experiences, and health.
