Meet Lauren Hebert, MS, RDN, LD

Supporting clients virtually in Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, & Vermont.

Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her), a non-diet and HAES-aligned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am passionate about providing care that is compassionate, supportive, and meets you where you are. Food doesn’t need to be complicated, stressful, or boring. I wholeheartedly believe that we have permission to experience food unconditionally and peacefully- that means no rules or guilt. I am a strong advocate of the Intuitive Eating framework, and it is through this model that we will rediscover your intuitive nature and rebuild a positive relationship with food. By creating a safe environment and providing inclusive care, I will guide you on your journey to healing your relationship with food, body, and/or movement.

I completed my education at the University of Maine, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Food Science and Human Nutrition. During my undergraduate career, I minored in Exercise Science, which provided me with experience in sports nutrition, a subject of special interest. I also completed my Dietetic Internship through the University of Maine program, which was clinically focused. Following my education, I gained experience working in a clinical setting, where I worked with various medical conditions and practiced Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). My top concern for clients is that they feel heard and seen. You are deserving of care that focuses on you and your unique needs.
